That's why we have created a guarantee scheme we call the satisfaction guarantee. All joinery plank tables manufactured at Kærbygård are covered by this. Kærbygård makes furniture that lasts for generations, so it's important to us that you're 100% satisfied.

We deliver and assemble the table in your home. Shipping is included in the price for all of Denmark.
7 days to decide
Live with the table for 7 days. If you are not completely satisfied, we make you a new one – you only pay DKK 2,000 for shipping.
7 Days Satisfaction Guarantee
All it costs you is DKK 2,000 in shipping. Then we'll deliver a new carpenter's plank table that meets your requirements. Of course, we will leave your carpenter's plank table until the new one is delivered.

How do I use the satisfaction guarantee?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied. We will come and pick up the old table and deliver a new one that meets your expectations. You only pay DKK 2,000 for shipping.
How long does the guarantee last?
The guarantee runs from the moment you approve the planks and throughout the entire production period. Additionally, you have 7 days after delivery to assess whether the table meets your expectations.
What furniture is covered under the guarantee?
All joinery plank tables manufactured at Kærbygård are covered by the satisfaction guarantee – including custom orders. We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied.
What happens to the old table?
If you use the guarantee, we pick up the original table when we deliver the new one. You do not need to arrange the return yourself. Of course, we will leave your current table until the new one is ready.
