Kærbygård Plankeborde receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and JCB. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT.
Kærbygård Plankeborde uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Kærbygård Plankeborde delivers on all weekdays, with freight forwarder.
It is possible for Kærbygård Plankeborde to personally deliver furniture and assemble it for the customer.
If desired, the customer can also pick up the furniture at Kærbygård Plankeborde’s address near Odense. Collection must take place within normal opening hours or by appointment. An order is ready for collection on the date found on the order confirmation. The order must be picked up within five working days from this date. If an order is not picked up within five working days, the product will be returned to stock and a fee of at least 15% will be invoiced to the buyer.
When ordering, the customer can choose how the goods are to be delivered.
Delivery costs are automatically calculated in the payment module on Kærbygård Plankeborde’s webshop.
The customer receives an email when the item is shipped.
Kærbygård Plankeborde strives to deliver the item within 1-3 working days after it has been manufactured.
Kærbygård reserves the right to cancel and refuse an order if we assess this act in bad faith or with intent to circumvent our systems, prices and products. In addition, we take printing errors into account and reserve the right not to sell an item that is listed with incorrect pricing.
Right of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing. In the event of minor damage, it is possible for a representative from Kærbygård Plankeborde to come and repair the damage at the customer’s.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product.
Wood is an organic material and it will therefore be affected by its circumstances. Kærbygård plank tables ensure that the wood is oil-treated and oven-dried, so that the impact of the outside world is minimal. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to maintain the wood. The right of complaint therefore does not apply in the event of exposure or damage caused by changes in temperature and humidity.
If the item is to be returned, Kærbygård Plank Tables will be covered for return costs to a reasonable extent.

Packages sent on COD are not accepted.
If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
Refund of your payment typically takes place within 1-7 working days, and no later than within 30 days after your item has been received, in accordance with section 12c of the Consumer Contracts Act. If you have not received your money back within 14 days, it will typically be an error, and you are therefore asked to contact Kærbygård Plankeborde.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our Webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
Return costs must be borne by you.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment within 14 days after.
The notice must be given per. mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send with return. You can find it here cancellation form
When the product is delivered to the buyer, the buyer is responsible for any damage or deterioration in value due to accidental circumstances.
The buyer is hereby liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the properties of the goods.
If the item has been used in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
Orders approved and accepted by Kærbygård Plank Tables are fixed commitments and are not subject to
cancellation without consent from Kærbygård Plankeborde. If the cancellation is approved, a minimum of 20% and up to full purchase price of the product may be charged to cover used material and manufacturing costs, special design costs and testing, handling and accounting costs.

Delays and deficiencies
Kærbygård Plankeborde is not held responsible for any delays or deficiencies that have arisen as a result of incidents beyond Kærbygård Plankeborde’s control here under natural disasters, war, riots, IT crashes, unrest, extreme weather conditions, fire, government intervention, seizure, currency restrictions, infrastructural closures or damages, labor disputes of any kind, including strikes and lockouts, or the like.
