Kærbygård Plank tables accept payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and JCB. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped.

Kærbygård Plankebord uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you cannot read your information.
Kærbygård Plankeborde delivers on all weekdays, with freight forwarder. It is possible for Kærbygård Plankeborde to deliver furniture personally and put it together for the customer.
If desired, the customer can also pick up the furniture at the address of Kærbygård Plankebord at Odense. Pick-up must be done within normal business hours or by appointment. An order is ready for pickup on the date found on the order confirmation. The order must be picked up within five business days from this date. If an order is not picked up within five business days, the product will be returned to stock and a minimum 15% fee will be invoiced to the buyer.
When ordering, the customer can choose how the goods are to be delivered.
Delivery costs are automatically calculated in the payment module at Kærbygård Plankebordes webshop. The customer receives an email when the item is shipped.
Kærbygård Plankeborde strives to deliver the product within 1-3 business days after the finished product.
A 2-year warranty is granted under the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or fabrication. In case of minor damage, there is a possibility that a representative from Kærbygård Plankeborde will come and repair the damage with the customer.
The warranty does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.
Wood is an organic material and will therefore be affected by its circumstances. Kærbygård plank tables ensure oil treatment and oven drying of the wood, so the impact of the outside world is minimal. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to maintain the tree. The right of complaint therefore does not apply in the event of damage or damage caused by changes in temperature and humidity.
If the item is to be returned, Kærbygård Plankeborde will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

If there is a refund, please send us your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount. Refunds of your payment typically occur within 1-7 business days and no later than 30 days after your item is received, in accordance with section 12c of the Consumer Agreement Act. If you have not received your money back within 14 days, this will typically be an error, and please contact Kærbygård Planke tables.
Right of cancellation
14 days full return policy is given for goods purchased in our Webshop. The period is counted from the day you receive the order.
You must bear the return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us within 14 days of purchase and from the cancellation you must return within 14 days after the shipment.
The notification must be given per. email at email@example.com. In the notice you must clearly indicate to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send by return. You will find the cancellation form here.
Condition of the item
When the product is handed over to the buyer, the buyer is responsible for any damage or loss of value due to accidental conditions. The Buyer hereby is liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the properties of the goods.
If the item is used in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that when you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.
Orders approved and accepted by Kærbygård Plankeborde are firm commitments and are not subject to any obligation cancellation without consent from Kærbygård Plank tables. If the cancellation is approved, a minimum of 20% and up to the full purchase price of the product can be charged to cover used material and fabrication costs, special design costs and testing, handling and accounting costs. In case of cancellation, contact Kærbygård Plankeborde at info@kærbygårdplankeborde.dk for approval.
Delays and shortcomings
Kærbygård Planktables are not held responsible for any delays or deficiencies arising out of events beyond Kærbygård Plankebord’s control here under natural disasters, war, riots, IT crashes, disturbances, extreme weather conditions, fire, government intervention, seizure, currency restrictions, infrastructural closures or damage, labor disputes of all kinds, including strike and lockout, or the like.
